Unhappy with a product? We will be happy to exchange or refund if you contact with us within 30 days. Refunds will exclude any shipping charges. We cannot accept returned merchandise without prior approval. Returns may be subject to a 15% handling charge. You may return your order to one of our retail store locations for easier convenience. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION.

Damages or Shortages:
We will be happy to replace any products damaged in transit or missing from your order if you note the damage or shortage on the freight bill before signing. Count the number of box/es to be sure the full shipment is being delivered. Inspect box(es) for any freight damage.
