How do I join CM Loyalty?
Sign in to your CM School Supply account using your email. An eligible new retail account receives one 100-point welcome gift after verified sign-in. Those points can be redeemed for $5 off a purchase of $10 or more. Existing members keep their account history and do not receive another welcome gift.
How do I check my points and next reward?
Sign in and open CM Loyalty in your account. You can see your point balance, the points needed for your next reward, earning activity and available reward codes. Use the same email online and in store so our team can find the correct account.
What purchases earn points?
Eligible retail purchases earn 1 point for every $1 paid, including tax and shipping. Points are added after payment is confirmed, with whole points calculated per order. Orders with a purchase order (PO) number do not earn points. B2B, company and wholesale customers do not earn loyalty points.
How do I redeem, and can I combine discounts?
Choose a reward in your account: 100 points for $5 off a $10 purchase, 200 points for $10 off a $20 purchase, or 400 points for $20 off a $30 purchase. Confirm the point cost to create your code. Use that code once at checkout. New CM Loyalty codes cannot combine with other discounts and expire after three calendar months. Always check the terms beside your code.
When do my points expire?
Points expire after 180 days without an eligible purchase or completed social earning action. A qualifying activity extends the expiration of your remaining points. Birthday gifts do not extend the expiration of points you already have. Your account shows your current expiration date.
What happens to points from our previous program?
Your migrated balance stays with your CM account. Imported points start with a 180-day window from our October 13, 2026 launch, ending April 11, 2027 unless an eligible purchase or social action extends it. Check your account for your current balance and date. Existing reward codes keep their verified original terms.
How do birthday and social points work?
Add your birthday in CM Loyalty at least 30 days before the award date. Eligible members receive 100 birthday points once each year. The social actions available in your account earn 10 points each, once per action. Actions you completed in the previous program stay completed.
What if I return or refund a purchase?
Refunded purchases reverse the associated purchase points. A partial refund adjusts the related points rather than awarding them again. Your account activity shows point changes. If a balance or refund looks incorrect, contact our team so we can review it.
Can schools or purchase order customers earn rewards?
Purchases with a PO number earn no loyalty points. B2B, company and wholesale customers cannot earn purchase, welcome, birthday or social points, including through a personal checkout. Existing balances are preserved. For school purchasing help, visit our purchase order information page.
Who can help with missing points or a reward code?
Contact CM School Supply with your account email and order number, or ask our team in store. We can check your points and activity and review a correction when needed. Please never send your password.
