Requesting a quote is simple and works just like regular online shopping.

Shop as usual and add the items you need to your cart. When you're finished, click the Cart button to open the slide-out cart panel. Click the red “Request a Quote” button. Complete the short form and click Submit.

Your request will be sent directly to our Quotes Team. We will review your items and email your official quote within 24 hours — and in most cases, much faster during regular business hours (Monday–Friday).

Yes, there is a $25 minimum for school purchase orders. Online “On Sale” prices and coupon codes may not be applicable for orders placed via Purchase Orders. Shipping charges for Purchase Orders are subject to change and will be discussed before processing.

Once you have an approved account with CM School Supply, your checkout experience will change. Instead of seeing credit card or other payment options at checkout, you will see an “Enter Purchase Order Number” field.

Simply:
1. Add your items to your cart as usual.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your Purchase Order Number in the designated field.
4. Submit your order.

We collect sales tax* based upon the “ship to” address. If you are shipping to one of the following states, sales tax will be added to your order (excluding shipping charges, where applicable):

California (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
Connecticut (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
Georgia
Illinois (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
Kentucky (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
Maryland (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
Michigan (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
Texas (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
Washington (shipping/freight charges are taxable)

If you are from one of the states listed above and are eligible for sales tax exemption, please fax or mail your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate with Tax ID number in with your order to CM School Supply.

Tax-exempt orders can be placed online. Please create a customer account. Here you will be able to submit your tax-exempt form for our records. Once submitted all orders hereafter will be tax-exempt as soon as you log into your account before placing an order with us online.
