If I’m a teacher, am I eligible for a discount on purchases? Unfortunately no, but a great alternative is our CM School Supply Rewards program, which entitles a customer to earn points with each purchase. Or you can sign up for our emailing list to receive exclusive offers.
How many locations do you have? We have 4 locations. Anaheim, Long Beach, Upland and Riverside.
What are your store hours? Monday-Friday 9:00am – 6:30pm, Saturday 10:00am – 5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am – 3:00pm (except for Riverside which is open until 4pm on Sundays).
How do I place an order? You can visit our website and place an order online. Or you can call on of our stores to place an order.
I’m having problems adding items to my shopping cart. What should I do? Feel free to call one of our stores and any associate can assist you with your order.
Is the personal information I provide online, secure upon checkout? Yes.
Do you charge sales tax? What if I am exempt from paying sales tax? Yes, we charge sales tax based on the city our store is located in.
How will I be notified of any back ordered items? We will send you an email to let you know.
Will I receive an email confirmation once CM School Supply has received my order? Yes, you should receive an email notification. You can also check the status of an order by logging into your account on our website.
Can I make changes to an order I have already placed? Only if an order hasn’t shipped yet. You can give us a call and we can try to add any other items to an existing order.
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover and CM School Supply Gift Cards.
What delivery methods do you offer? UPS, USPS or Fed-Ex.
What are your shipping charges? This depends on the weight of each order.
Is there a will-call or in-store pick-up option at all locations? Yes.
How can I track my order? You can check the status of an order by logging into your account on our website. If the order has been shipped there should be tracking information along with a tracking number you can check through the specified delivery service.
How do I purchase a gift card? You can purchase these online, in-store or over the phone.
How do I redeem my CM School Supply Gift Card online? Unfortunately, you cannot redeem the gift card online. We have to manually process the gift card on our end or in-store only.
Do gift cards expire? No.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
What is CM School Supply’s return policy? We have a 30-day return policy as long as the items are unopened and you have the original receipt. If you don’t have a receipt, but the item is unopened, you can either exchange it for the same or a different item (of equal value), or we can offer you store credit.
How does your CM School Supply Rewards program work? For every dollar you spend, you earn points, after you reach 200 points, you earn $20 towards your next or future purchase.
Can I use my CM School Supply Rewards for purchases made online? Unfortunately no, the rewards points are honored only in-store.
How do I subscribe to receive CM School Supply’s e-mails? You can sign up online or in-store to receive our e-mails.
How do I unsubscribe from CM School Supply’s e-mail list? You can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can remove you manually, or you can click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any e-mails you have received from us.
How do I change the e-mail address I have in your system? You can log into your CM School Supply account profile if you have one and you should be able to change it. You can also e-mail us at email@example.com and we will modify it for you. Or you can call any of our stores to have it changed.
