Net 30 Day Term Policy (Download Our Credit Application)
For all accounts with Net 30 days payment terms, invoices will be charged a late fee of $50.00 when invoices are paid after 30 days of the invoice date. Every month after that, the $50.00 will compound. For example 2nd month late will have $100.00 late fee added to the first month and so on.
Unhappy with a product? We will be happy to exchange or refund if you contact with us within 30 days. Refunds will exclude any shipping charges. We cannot accept returned merchandise without prior approval. Returns may be subject to a 15% handling charge. You may return your order to one of our retail store locations for easier convenience. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION.

We will be happy to replace any products damaged in transit or missing from your order if you note the damage or shortage on the freight bill before signing. We currently only have 1 location open to the public (Riverside). This location is open 7 days a week. Our Upland location is open for pick up order only Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Do you charge sales tax? What if I am exempt from paying sales tax? Yes, we charge sales tax based on the city our store is located in.

How do I purchase a gift card? You can purchase these online, in-store or over the phone.
How do I redeem my CM School Supply Gift Card online? Unfortunately, you cannot redeem the gift card online. We have to manually process the gift card on our end or in-store only.
Do gift cards expire? No.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
What is CM School Supply’s return policy? We have a 30-day return policy as long as the items are unopened and you have the original receipt. If you don’t have a receipt, but the item is unopened, you can either exchange it for the same or a different item (of equal value), or we can offer you store credit.
REWARDS
How does your CM School Supply Rewards program work? For every dollar you spend, you earn points, after you reach 200 points, you earn $20 towards your next or future purchase.
Can I use my CM School Supply Rewards for purchases made online? Unfortunately no, the rewards points are honored only in-store.
