Plan holiday gifts for a whole classroom
Start with your student count and budget per student. For 30 students receiving one individual item each, you need 30 individual gifts. A toy set containing many parts is still one set unless its listing explicitly describes multiple separate gifts. Check whether a product is sold individually, in a multipack, or as an assortment before calculating quantities.

Individual gifts or a shared classroom resource?

Can a school request a gift-order quote?
Yes. Use Quick Order or your cart with item numbers and quantities. Include the number of recipients, school delivery address, budget, and required date. Ask CM to confirm availability, shipping, tax, and delivery timing. Staff review and response is within 24 hours, Monday–Friday; automatic confirmation is separate. Bulk school gifts and winter activities: pack quantities
Choose the products and number of items each student will receive before ordering. The examples below assume one pencil or one paper snowflake per student, with packs shared across classrooms. Products are sold separately and are not a preassembled gift or activity bundle.

For four separate classrooms of 30 where each room needs unopened packs, order 12 pencil packs or 8 snowflake packs instead. Sharing packs across rooms can reduce leftovers. If each student receives two pencils, double the pencil requirement before dividing by 12 and rounding up. A mixed craft kit’s total piece count is not its number of completed student projects.
What quantity goes on the school quote request?
Enter the number of packs sold under the item number. For example, request DIX12872 with quantity 3 for 36 pencils, rather than quantity 30. For 30 snowflake projects, request CC2014 with quantity 2. Review the current listing before submitting; supplies, product contents, and availability can change.
Can schools buy these gifts and activities with a purchase order?
CM accepts school purchase orders through approved CM business accounts, with a $25 PO minimum. Requesting a quote can happen before your PO is issued; leave the optional PO number blank in Quick Order. Send the item numbers, pack quantities, school delivery address, required date, and any purchasing-document requirements for staff review. Holiday gifts for teachers and school staff
Choose between a specific classroom resource and a CM digital gift card that lets the recipient choose. Ask what would be useful for the recipient’s role: teachers, aides, office staff, and other school team members may have different needs. What CM gift-card amounts are available?
The CM School Supply E-Gift Card currently includes $5, $10, $20, $25, $40, $50, $75, and $100 options, plus higher denominations. Review the live denomination selector before ordering. CM digital gift cards can be redeemed online or in store; older physical CM cards can be converted to digital cards with staff help.
Can I add a message or choose a send date?
The gift-card product page has an “I want to send this as a gift” option. Selecting it reveals a recipient email field, optional recipient name, optional message of up to 200 characters, and optional send date. Review these details carefully before purchase. These are the individual product-page options; ask CM to confirm arrangements for a multi-recipient school order.
Plan the staff gift budget
Count all recipients and choose the amount per person. For example, 20 recipients at $25 each represents $500 in gift-card value; 32 recipients at $25 each represents $800. These are planning examples, not a bulk discount or a complete order quotation. For school-funded purchases, check your school’s approval process and contact shop@cmschoolsupply.com to confirm ordering, payment, and recipient-delivery arrangements. Do not assume the school PO terms for ordinary merchandise automatically cover gift cards.
